Payment currencies and prices
You can pay in Swedish kronas (SEK), Euros (EUR), Norwegian krones (NOK), British pounds (GBP) or US dollars (USD). You can choose the currency at the bottom of the page before entering checkout.
Prices shown on the website include the Swedish VAT. If you are located in another EU country or Norway, the price at checkout will reflect your country's VAT rate. If you are outside the EU and Norway, once you insert your shipping location at checkout, VAT will be deducted from the price.
There are several payment alternatives, depending on the country you are located in.
Customers in all countries can pay with Mastercard, Maestro, Visa debit and credit as well as Amex. For an even faster checkout, you can use our express payment options, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Shop Pay.
You can pay with Klarna, if you are located in the following countries. Remember to choose the correct currency in order to be able to pay with Klarna (change currency at the bottom of the page before entering checkout):
- Sweden: pay in SEK
- Finland (excluding Åland), Austria, Germany, the Netherlands: pay in EUR
- United Kingdom: pay in GBP
If you have paid with Klarna Pay Later, and you wish to return or exchange your item, you can pause the invoice by reporting a return in Klarna's app. If you are exchanging an item, you can re-activate the invoice once you have received the new item. We will not create a new invoice with exchanges. General returns and exchange instructions you find here.
Payments in pre-orders
Payments for pre-orders are charged at the time of the order. Naturally you have the same return rights as regular orders, and with pre-orders, your refund period starts from the day the order is shipped to you.
If you choose to pay pre-orders with Klarna Pay Later, you will be invoiced before delivery of the product. However, you will be refunded normally, if you choose to return the item.
If your payment fails, you will notified on screen that the payment was unsuccessful.
With credit and debit cards, there is a couple of things you can check:
- Card’s billing details, such as the security code and billing address, match what you’ve entered into our system
- Card expiry
- Card settings in terms of internet or foreign payments
Your card issuer may have declined your payment for a reason or another. They don’t tell us the reason for this, so it’s best to check with them before trying your card again. If none of this works, please contact us at email@example.com or chat with us with the chat tool. We’re happy to help!
If you are paying with Klarna, make sure you have selected the right currency. See locations and currencies applicable for Klarna payments above.
