Returns & exchanges
If you are not happy with your products, you can return them within 30 days from when the order is made. If you order a pre-order item, you can return within 30 days after we have shipped your item. We only refund and accept items that are in unused condition, have all garment tags attached and are registered in the return system (see below).
If you wish to exchange to another product, size, or color, a new order needs to be created. You can register an exchange in the return portal (choose Exchange) and we will contact you regarding a new order. You can also make a new order yourself. Please return the original item according to the instructions below.
If you return 4 or more products in one order, we will charge a return fee of 100 SEK (c. 10 EUR/USD). The fee will be deducted from the original invoice. Otherwise, we offer free return.

Sweden
- Register your return here. We only accept items that are registered
- Place the item(s) in the original bag. If the original bag is not available, please make sure to use a similar, secure bag so that the item is returned in an unused condition
- Download a QR code that you will receive in the return registration confirmation email
- Take the QR code and return package to your nearest PostNord drop-off point
- PostNord will scan the QR code and print a return label that you can attach on top of the package
- You can track the return shipment with a tracking link in the return registration confirmation email
Finland
- Register your return here. We only accept items that are registered
- We send return labels with the delivery. If you have not received a return label, contact us at support@astridwild.com
- Place the item(s) in the original bag. If the original bag is not available, please make sure to use a similar, secure bag so that the item is returned in an unused condition
- Attach the return label on top of the original shipping label
- Drop the parcel off at your closest Posti office or Posti parcel locker
Norway
- Register your return here. We only accept items that are registered
- We send return labels with the delivery. If you have not received a return label, contact us at support@astridwild.com. Do not send a return without a return label from us
- Place the item(s) in the original bag. If the original bag is not available, please make sure to use a similar, secure bag so that the item is returned in an unused condition
- Attach the return label on top of the original shipping label
- Drop the parcel off at your closest Bring pick-up point or drop box
Denmark

Outside EU
- Register your return here. We only accept items that are registered
- In order to receive a return label and customs invoice, email us at support@astridwild.com and we'll send one to you. Do not send a return without a return label from us
- Place the item(s) in the original bag. If the original bag is not available, please make sure to use a similar, secure bag so that the item is returned in an unused condition
- Attach the return label and customs invoice on top of the original shipping label
- Drop the parcel off at your closest UPS Access point, or contact UPS for a pick-up
Your refund will be issued to the same account/credit card the payment was made with, as soon as we have received your return. The refund is made within a maximum of 14 calendar days after receipt of the returned items.
Please note, that you are responsible for the condition of all items after you have received them from us, meaning that you are also responsible for the state of items during the return transport.

Reclaims & repairs
Items are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within one year from purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. You must notify us concerning the defect or error within a reasonable amount of time after you have discovered it. A claim made within two months of discovery is considered a reasonable amount of time.
If you want to reclaim a product, please report the claim here. If you have any questions or if you are unsure whether the instance of item is a defect covered by the warranty, contact us at support@astridwild.com.
Faulty items will be exchanged to the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. If the product is not in stock you will be refunded for the item. We will be responsible for the return shipping.
